Do you struggle with your nerves?
Well if you do, then trust me, you’re not alone!
I’ve been asking people within the Communication Campus community to share with me some of their biggest communication challenges, and it seems “Nerves” or more specifically “managing nerves when it comes to public speaking” is one of the biggest and most common challenges of them all!
If you are someone that suffers from stage fright, you’ll know only too well, it can be more than just a challenge – it can be a living nightmare!
Because the truth is, stage fright can be utterly debilitating. Not only can it ruin your ability to communicate effectively, it can be painfully embarrassing and can destroy your confidence, which is the very last thing we’d ever want to happen.
That’s why, this week I want to share with you a powerful strategy for combatting stage fright, turning all that nervous energy into something positive that will actually fuel your public speaking, not threaten to destroy it.
If you want to learn how to take back control of your nerves, so they no longer have control over you, then this video is for you…
And once you’ve watched it, I’d love to hear from you.
Do you suffer from stage fright? If so, let me know how you plan to start using what you’ve learned in this video to take back control of your nerves and start speaking with confidence.
And be sure to look out for some more powerful communication strategies that I’ll be sharing over the coming weeks.
In the meantime, keep being courageous, keep communicating and speaking up. We need to hear your voice and what you have to say, so don’t EVER let your nerves stop you!
PS. If you have friends, family or colleagues who suffer from stage fright, please share this video with them and let’s help everyone take back control of their nerves and start communicating with confidence!
